What the service does
ChiropracticMatch is a lead generation and matching website. It helps users look for local chiropractic offices and gives providers a way to submit practice information. It is not a healthcare provider, law firm, insurer, or emergency service.
No clinical relationship
Submitting a request does not create a doctor-patient relationship or guarantee that a provider will be available or appropriate. Clinical, billing, insurance, scheduling, and care decisions should be discussed directly with a licensed provider or the appropriate professional.
Educational content
Site content is general information and should not be treated as medical, legal, or insurance advice. Seek qualified professional guidance for your circumstances, and seek emergency care when symptoms may be urgent.
Contact about a request
When you submit a patient request, you authorize ChiropracticMatch and participating offices to contact you about that request using the contact methods you provide. You may ask to stop further contact. A match request is optional and is not a condition of receiving medical care from another source.
Accurate information and acceptable use
Submit information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not use the forms to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, automated, or unrelated material, or to impersonate another person or practice.
Public directory listings
Directory listings are assembled from public records and are not recommendations, endorsements, or proof of current licensure, credentials, availability, services, or insurance participation. Distances are approximate. Confirm important information directly with the office and the appropriate licensing authority.
Claims, corrections, and sponsored placements
A listing claim or correction request requires authorization, email verification, and manual review. Submitting information does not guarantee publication. Paid placements are labeled Sponsored and do not alter the organic public-record order. An otherwise eligible organic listing is not removed solely because an office does not purchase sponsorship.
Practice website links are published only after manual review or approval of an email-verified claim. A link may be withheld or removed when the destination cannot be confirmed, becomes unavailable, or points to a different office. Website availability does not affect organic directory order.
Anyone submitting a listing photo must own it or have authority to permit its publication. Do not submit stock photography, images copied from Google or another website, patient images, treatment scenes, medical records, promotional claims, watermarks, visible license plates, or material that violates another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights. By submitting a photo, you grant ChiropracticMatch permission to store, review, resize, crop, publish, and display it with the listing. ChiropracticMatch may reject or remove a photo at any time. Image approval is not an endorsement or verification of the practice.
Provider applications
Submitting a provider application does not guarantee participation, inquiry volume, exclusivity, or approval. ChiropracticMatch may review credentials, service area, operational fit, and other application details before deciding whether to continue the conversation.
